CEFALEA


Resumen


La cefalea es un motivo de consulta muy frecuente en sala de emergencias. La mayor de los casos corresponden a cefalea de tipo primario. La historia clica orientarsobre causas amenazantes de la vida, y seleccionar al paciente sobre el uso de tomograf de encalo y/o punci lumbar. El tratamiento sintomico no entorpece el diagntico.
